Refund & Return Eligibility
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement or provide a refund after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
Since our masala is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used packs
- Products returned without proper reason
- Orders placed by mistake
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
- If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued.
