At Mother’s Choice, we strive to deliver fresh, high-quality masalas with every order. Since our products are food-grade consumables, certain limitations apply to refunds and returns. Please read the policy below carefully.

Refund & Return Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or tampered, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement or provide a refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Since our masala is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used packs
  • Products returned without proper reason
  • Orders placed by mistake

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • If cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The timeline may vary depending on the bank or payment method.

Cancellations

  • Offers, discounts, or promotional items are non-refundable unless the product is damaged.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Bulk or group orders may have separate refund terms (shared during order confirmation).
  • In rare cases like courier delays, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions, resolution options may vary.
